Thank you for the excellent service we have received in the last few years.  You guaranteed that if something wasn't cleaned right, you would send someone out to make it right.  Well, I don't know if that guarantee works, because we have never had to use it!  Our office has been cleaned well and thoroughly each and every time.  I couldn't expect a cleaner office.
