Re:  Busy Bea's Cleaning Service

We have been working with Busy Bea's since July of 2006.  It has been refreshing to work with a business that is proactive in making sure they provide a quality service.  I spent a great deal of time dealing with service managers reporting problems with cleaning staff in hopes of improving service.  Cindy Locklin and her team of supervisors come to the office regularly to make sure the office is cleaned to their standards.  They often report to me if they see staff have not completed cleaning appropriately - before I, have supplies delivered in a timely manner but calling their supplier and delivering needed material the same day.

Cindy makes recommendations for cost savings; specifically related to floor care and has been willing to assist in finding lower cost paper products.  if we do have a problem, Cindy is quick to respond.  They also have provided emergency service for floor care when needed.
